All products are made to order, and wait times will vary.
We will dispatch your order within 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase for a flat rate of $10. All items are delivered and tracked through Australia Post. You will be sent a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched.
Express Post is also available for a flat rate of $15.
New Zealand orders delivery is between 3-4 weeks from date of purchase. Flat rate shipping of AU $18.45 include tracking.
North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific orders delivery is between 3-4 weeks from date of purchase and sent via our chosen courier. Costs for international orders will vary between AU $18.45 to AU $33.05 depending on parcel weight determined at checkout. All shipping costs include tracking.

Rest of the World orders delivery is between 3-4 weeks from date of purchase. Costs for these orders will vary between AU $18.45 to AU $47.65

RETURNS
We do not exchange or refund for change of mind.
If the product does not meet your requirements, we will allow an exchange of product or credit note. All items must be in their original package, unused and returned within 14 days of receiving the item for this to be applicable.
Please make contact within 14 days of receipt, and we will happily assist you in the returns process.
